We support:

  • Humane, realistic and comprehensive immigration reform.
  • Expedited family reunification.
  • A path to earned citizenship for undocumented immigrants.
  • All workers’ rights.
  • College opportunities for noncitizen high school students.
  • Immigrant trust and cooperation with local law enforcement.
  • Access to independent federal judicial review of immigration decisions.

  • Expanded criminalization of noncitizens.
  • Expanded criminalization of immigrant aid workers.
  • Expanded definition of “aggravated felony.”
  • Expanded expedited removal.
  • Expanded detention facilities.
  • Indefinite and mandatory detention of immigrants.
  • Reduced protection for asylum seekers.
  • Impractical and costly border barriers and militarization.
  • Local law enforcement of immigration law.
  • Guestworker program without path to earned citizenship.
